Our Story
The Castle of Joy is a unique, whimsical, quirky, family owned and operated lodge, event rental venue, gallery and showroom. Co-founders Cristine and Vincent Cambrea are siblings and friends, artists, dreamers and entrepreneurs. 
Vincent Cambrea has been working as a massage therapist and educator for over 20 years and will now be teaching and hosting a variety of trainings at the Castle of Joy. He is the creator/founder of the Integrative Massage and Personal Training certification (IMAP Training), as well as the “Beyond Series," an orthopedic massage training for professional therapists who work with clients suffering from pain and injuries.
When Vincent isn't teaching or seeing clients he can often be found making art and furnishings for the castle.

Cristine Cambrea is a self taught mixed media artist, designer, and founder of the eclectic brand of home decor and accessories- Sincerely Joy. The castle will act as the showroom for the Sincerely Joy product line and the Dungeon Gallery Lounge will be a revolving gallery of C.Cambrea fine art.
Cristine will be teaching her intuitive approach to creating, as well as the art of pattern making for home accessories. Dates to be announced.

We ventured off into the mountains to find what we immediately knew to be our next life chapter and foundation in which to express our passion for creativity while providing an opportunity for others to do the same. We are realizing our own dreams of living a creative life and we are now sharing that Joy with the creative and quirky, eccentric and curious, dreamers, romantics and lovers.
